Free Addiction Alternatives Materials

I’ve written and recorded a number of resources that you may find helpful in your quest to stop drinking – or to help a loved one with an addiction to alcohol or drugs. I am making them available to you for free on this page. In addition, I’ve included work by other professional that I feel may benefit you.

My series of short videos – only a minute or two long – will give you a sense of my personal addiction treatment style and help you decide if you’d like me to work with you.

From time to time, I am called upon by the media to speak about addiction to alcohol, drugs or destructive behaviors and I’ll be updating this page with those appearances.

I wrote “Take Control Now” to provide people with another tool to help end alcohol addictions and drug dependencies. It’s intended to be a workbook that helps people look more objectively at their behaviors and chart changes that happen along the path to addiction recovery.

I also offer a sample chapter of the book in an audio format. The book is read by my co-author Lance Lenon. I think you’ll get a sense of what my alternative addiction treatment is all about when you ample “Take Control Now!”
